For all instruments purchased online or in store, there is a 14-day trial period where customers may choose to return the instrument with a full refund. Customers have 14 days from the receipt of an instrument to make a decision to keep it or return it.

The instrument must be in exactly the same condition as it was when it left the shop to receive a full refund.

Shipping costs associated with any sale will not be refundable, and shipping costs for returning the instrument must be paid for by the buyer.

If you decide to return an instrument, be sure to let us know before the 14-day window is up. The package and receipt must show that it has been shipped before the 14-day window. If the package is shipped on the 13th day, and we receive it on the 15th day, for example, we will issue a refund.
